• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• In case of high demand, promotions, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer (you will be notified via email/SMS in such cases).

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location:
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas or during festivals: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
• Flat shipping charge of ₹49 on orders below ₹999

We may offer free shipping promotions during festive periods or special sales.
