At ENDLAZ, we are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances and an excellent customer experience. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and that’s why we offer a fair and transparent return and replacement policy.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may be eligible to request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product (bottle leakage, broken cap, cracked glass, etc.)
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- You received an expired product (though rare, we take this seriously)
- The product was missing from the package
⚠️ Please note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used, opened, or tested perfumes are not eligible for return, even if used only once.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Fragrance bottles that have been opened or used
- Items returned without original packaging (box, seals, etc.)
- Customized or limited edition products unless damaged in transit
3. Return Window
All return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return/Replacement
To request a return or replacement:

- Mention your Order ID, issue description, and attach clear photos/videos showing the problem
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours
After verifying your request, we may:
- Approve and arrange a pickup of the item (in serviceable pin codes), or
- Request you to self-ship the item and share the courier receipt for reimbursement (up to a fixed limit)
5. Processing and Refund/Replacement Timeline
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
- In case of a refund (if approved), the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
6. Important Notes
- Return pickups are subject to courier availability in your area.
- In case of unavailability of the same product for replacement, you may choose another item of equal or lesser value, or opt for a refund.
